My aim is to work with you to create an environment in which you can understand more about yourself, and help you to make choices that help rather than hinder you in life. For more information see my approach.
I believe that counselling and psychotherapy can provide enormous support to individuals, and I have experienced seeing clients grow and change, as they find more satisfying ways to live their lives.
I have helped clients with many varying concerns which include but are not limited to:

The Next step
If you decide to come to therapy with me, we will firstly have an initial consultation appointment (up to 50 minutes). This allows you to see who I am and whether my of working will suit you. I will also be able to get to know more about you, your needs and your goals. I will explore whether you are looking for short term or ongoing therapy, and how often you are looking to attend. The usual rate of attendance in therapy is weekly but of course, counselling and psychotherapy with me is bespoke as per your requirements and well being needs. There is no obligation to continue following a consultation.
Due to the current pandemic, I am offering remote therapy either via telephone or online video call to clients nationwide. The fees remain the same and initial consultations are also completed via these methods. For more information, please get in touch.
To insure both parties are protected online, via telephone and in person, I have full professional indemnity insurance.
