I am an MSc Integrative Psychotherapist which means that I assimilate carefully chosen theory and approaches to provide a rounded and holistic style of therapy. My approach aims to provide a safe and secure place for you to talk about the things that are a cause of stress and worry.
At the heart of my philosophy is my belief in the importance of my relationship with my clients, providing the ground in which they can learn and grow. I am passionate about my work as a psychotherapist and supporting people to make changes in the way they live their lives. Continuing to be highly committed to my own personal and professional growth, I participate in regular continuing professional development courses, practice mindfulness and make time to reflect on my self.
